Imagine if you will, three great friends coming together with a vision...a vision of Dunkin’ Donuts^® After each friend – Ed, Mike and Dennis came together from diverse backgrounds of real estate development, lawyer and legalese, and stock trading they set out on a mission to bring an affordable, quality cup of coffee and some tasty baked goods to the people of Pittsburgh.

The plan was simple, create a company that could be a strategic alliance with Dunkin’ Donuts^®! (of course because that is the affordable, quality cup of coffee and tasty baked goods), utilize their real estate knowledge and Heartland Restaurant Group, Pittsburgh ("HRG") was born!

Our difference, is we are going to serve quality coffee and baked goods with a smile. Yep, it really is simple – we are Guest First Fanatics! If you love Dunkin’ Donuts®! for the coffee and baked goods, you can now love us for the great service you will receive at our restaurants! Rituals that REVIVE! And we are not stopping there, we are going to bring 105 Dunkin’ Donuts^®! to the Pittsburgh area over the next nine (9) years and this will be our gateway to the Midwest/Western markets where we will continue to bring Dunkin’ love to consumers across America!
